MKDCY-80 Rough Terrain Forklift

The MKDCY-80 is an 8-ton heavy-duty four-wheel drive  rough terrain forklift with optional 4108/6105 supercharged engines. It is equipped with SG30 heavy-duty wheel reduction axles and front-rear differentiated professional tyres, featuring ≤45° climbing ability and 300mm ground clearance. With optional 3-6m lifting height and long-wheelbase design for heavy-load stability, it is ideal for large-tonnage material handling in infrastructure, mines, ports and other scenarios.

1. 8000kg Extra Heavy-Duty Rated Load Capacity

With a rated lifting capacity of 8000kg, it stably carries heavy steel structures, large stone blocks, complete industrial equipment and other extra-heavy cargo, fully meeting large-tonnage loading, unloading and transfer demands in infrastructure projects, mine yards and ports & docks.

2. Dual Optional Supercharged Engines

It supports two optional diesel engines: 4108 supercharged and 6105 supercharged, which can be flexibly selected according to operation load and emission requirements. The large-displacement model provides more sufficient power reserve, adapting to high-intensity continuous heavy-load operation scenarios.

3. SG30 Heavy-Duty Wheel Reduction Axles

Adopting SG30-spec wheel reduction axles, its load-bearing strength and torque amplification capacity reach heavy-duty standards. It withstands high-intensity impact under 8-ton full load and off-road working conditions, with a sturdy and durable structure and extremely low failure rate in harsh working conditions.

4. 300mm Ultra-High Ground Clearance

With a minimum ground clearance of 300mm, far exceeding conventional rough terrain forklifts of the same class, it easily passes large obstacles such as gravel piles, deep pits and raised roadbeds, effectively avoiding chassis scratches and bottoming, with extremely strong trafficability on complex unpaved roads.
