Wide-Range Adjustable Pneumatic System for Diverse Geological Conditions
The working air pressure ranges from 1.7 to 2.5 MPa with an air consumption of 17–31 m³/min. Operators can flexibly adjust parameters according to strata features such as soil, sand, weathered rock and hard rock. It is also highly compatible with mainstream air compressor configurations on construction sites.
4. High-Speed Tripping System for Remarkably Higher Per-Shift Efficiency
It adopts a 3.3m single push length design to reduce drill pipe connection frequency. Paired with a 13T rig lifting force, it achieves 30m/min rapid rise speed and 60m/min fast feeding speed, greatly cutting auxiliary time for tripping and tool changing, and effectively increasing daily drilling footage and working efficiency.
